Performances and production services

One creative direction from live performance to the wider stage world.

For MICE and international events in Japan – corporate galas, incentive programs, luxury / VIP and brand events – services can be commissioned individually or developed as an integrated production. The final proposal is based on the venue, schedule, audience and technical conditions.

Clear separation of work

Concept work is not presented as a completed client commission.

HOUOU develops original cinematic and AI-assisted stage concepts. These works demonstrate creative capability. A project is described as a client delivery only when its commission and on-stage use can be documented.

Production safeguard

Final LED resolution, aspect ratio, codec, duration, looping, colour and playback specifications must be confirmed with the venue or local production company before final delivery.

Built around the event rather than a fixed package.

A focused stage performance for a defined running time.

A high-impact sequence designed around the ceremony structure.

Hospitality Event

A refined format for hotels, restaurants and private or corporate settings.
